Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of TradeLine's missed-call recovery, service-request intake, lead qualification, and related tools for home-service businesses.
Using TradeLine
You may use TradeLine only for legitimate service-request communications and in accordance with applicable law, your agreements with customers, and the requirements of your communications providers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details, routing preferences, booking links, and service information you provide to the service.
Service-request information
TradeLine processes caller and customer information supplied through calls, texts, forms, and business configuration in order to support service-request intake and handoff. You must have the right to provide this information and must use it only for responding to the related service request.
SMS communications
SMS features are for documented service-request communications and require appropriate affirmative consent before automated messages are sent. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Review the complete SMS Terms & Consent for opt-out, help, and consent details.
Availability and third parties
TradeLine relies on telecommunications, scheduling, and other third-party services that may be unavailable or delayed. TradeLine does not control the delivery of calls or messages by carriers, and businesses should maintain their own processes for urgent requests and customer follow-up.
Privacy
Our handling of service-request information is described in the Privacy Policy.
