Scheduling text consent
TradeLine only sends scheduling texts after a caller gives affirmative consent. A missed, unanswered, or inbound phone call by itself does not opt anyone into SMS.
Opt in during a call
After the business greeting, a caller can press 1 or say yes when asked whether they want to get scheduled by text. TradeLine records that choice for the business line they called.
Opt in by text
A caller can text SCHEDULE to the TradeLine business number. An initial inbound text to that number is treated as an affirmative opt-in, including SCHEDULE, START, YES, or another first message. TradeLine sends an opt-in confirmation before continuing the scheduling conversation.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to stop scheduling texts. Reply HELP for assistance and contact information. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
